Donna here today using neon DecoArt paints and yes they really are this bright!
Here’s What To Do:
Use a sheet of That’s Crafty! White/Greyboard, drop a few blobs of neon paint on the surface, apply a brayer over the paint creating a random texture, dry off.
Next, take the Donna Downey stencil and apply a black paint through the stencil (I used DecoArt paint for this too).
Use the Tim Holtz Crackle stencil to apply black Distress Ink to one half of her face for an interesting effect.
A That’s Crafty! stencil was used for the circles using blue neon paint, more Distress ink was applied through the Wildflowers Tim Holtz stencil and then use Crafters Workshop stencils for added interest.
A bit of doodling with a white Posca pen and there you have it….the future is so bright you have to wear shades!
